The invention discloses a buried type automatic aircraft traction system and a traction method. The buried type automatic aircraft traction system comprises an underground channel, a bearing frame, a bearing rotary plate and a drive mechanism, wherein the underground channel is arranged underground an airport apron; the bearing frame is arranged in the underground channel and capable of moving along the underground channel; the bearing rotary plate is arranged on the bearing frame, exposed of the ground and capable of rotating relative to the bearing frame; and the drive mechanism drives the bearing frame for carrying the bearing rotary plate to move in the underground channel. At the beginning, an aircraft arrives at the port and stops after front wheels slide to the bearing rotary plate; the drive mechanism drives the bearing frame to move towards a starter, so that the aircraft integrally slides rewards and a headpiece of the aircraft is gradually deflected towards a main sliding line; when the headpiece of the aircraft deflects, and an aircraft longitudinal line approaches and is superposed with the main sliding line, the aircraft is launched in place and driving of the bearing rotary plate is stopped. The buried type automatic aircraft traction system effectively avoids the problems such as great investment, high operation cost, not high flow and labor efficiency, unstable guarantee timeliness, certain safety risks and the like.
