The invention relates to the technical field of aviation, high-altitude photovoltaic wind power generation, aerial houses, buoyancy platforms and other projects, in particular to a photovoltaic buoyancy aircraft. The photovoltaic buoyancy aircraft comprises the following split bodies: a buoyancy column (3), a loading body (4), a propelling system (5) and a driving or control system (6). A buoyancy body comprises the buoyancy column (3). The photovoltaic buoyancy aircraft is characterized in that a buoyancy plate (2) and a photovoltaic power generation system (10) are further included; the buoyancy plate (2) is arranged on the upper portion of the buoyancy column (3); and the photovoltaic power generation system (10) is arranged on the upper surface and the side surface of the buoyancy plate (2) or the buoyancy column (3). Due to double buoyancy of the buoyancy plate (2) and the buoyancy column (3), the self weight and flying energy consumption of the aircraft are greatly reduced. The purpose that under the condition of not consuming fuel, flying and timeless vertical taking off and landing can be carried out through solar energy is achieved. Under the action of the flexible buoyancy plate (2) and the buoyancy column (3), even though collisions, shutdown, sudden weather changes and other accidents happen in the air, people injuries or cabin crashes or cabin injuries or cabin damage cannot happen, and the photovoltaic buoyancy aircraft is quite safe and quite low in cost and photovoltaic wind power generation cost.
