The invention provides a rapid rescuing method adopted after ships are overturned. A ship-bottom air injecting system and a ship-bottom escape compartment are adopted in the method. The ship-bottom air injecting system comprises an air injecting connecting pipe, a valve and a compressed air connecting port. The ship-bottom escape compartment comprises an escape compartment body, an upper compartment door, a lower compartment door, an observing window, a compressed air injecting hole, a pressure reducing valve, a gas pressure gage, a power source and communication cable, a high pressure air injecting hole, an oxygen injecting hole, a combustible gas injecting hole and a connecting skirt. According to the rescuing method, the structure is simple, layers are clear, rapid rescuing is convenient, and the death rate of trapped persons is reduced.
