The invention relates to an output system suitable for cylinder-type or polygonal FPSO/FDPSO. A plurality of crude-oil conveying ends are symmetrically arranged on a platform main deck of the FPSO/FDPSO, wherein a crude-oil conveying end emergency valve is arranged at the outer end part of each crude-oil conveying end; the crude-oil conveying ends are connected with a crude-oil conveying pipe in a platform; an annular groove is formed in the top edge of the platform main deck of the FPSO/FDPSO; a sliding-block support is arranged in the annular groove; an outer side wall of the sliding-block support is connected with two pairs of pressure bearing rollers which can move on an annular inner wall of the annular groove through two roller bearings; a crude-oil conveying valve is fixedly arranged on an inner side wall of the sliding-block support; an FPSO/FDPSO mooring winch and an output hose winch are fixedly arranged at the top of the sliding-block support; a mooring cable is connected with the FPSO/FDPSO mooring winch and a shuttle tanker mooring winch; an output hose is wound on the output hose winch and connected with a crude-oil receiving end of a shuttle tanker.
