The invention discloses an automotive motor drive control system which comprises a first permanent magnet synchronous wheel-side motor, a second permanent magnet synchronous wheel-side motor and a control system. The control system comprises a DSP control unit, a signal collecting and processing module, a speed induction module, a drive door control module, a power module, a drive and logic interlocking module, a speed control module and a motor drive module. The DSP control unit comprises a master DSP controller, a slave DSP controller, an ABS control module, a navigation control module, a power supply control module, a short-circuit detection module, a break-off detection module, an input interface module, an output interface module, a voltage computing module, an isolation drive module, a position angle computing module and a voltage-ration factor computing module. The automotive motor drive control system has the beneficial effects of being simple in structure, convenient to control, high in reliability, convenient to maintain and the like. Real-time interlocking of the working states of the two permanent magnet synchronous wheel-side motors is achieved. Safety operation of the two permanent magnet synchronous wheel-side motors and a whole electric vehicle is guaranteed.
