The invention discloses an electric vehicle capable of instantly generating power and instantly charging by air resistance. The electric vehicle comprises main parts such as an air collecting window, a power generator, a voltage converter, a charger, a storge battery set, a vehicle body and the like, wherein the air collecting window is arranged in front of the vehicle, is open in front, consists of a vehicle bottom air baffle plate, transparent windshields at two sides, windshields of a cab, an air baffle plate extending to the vehicle front bottom and a baffle plate on the vehicle front top, and is used for collecting airflow and generating power by virtue of the power generator on the top of the air collecting window. The power generator is horizontally arranged on the top of the air collecting window and is parallel to the vehicle top, so that on the premise of not increasing an air resistance area, a great deal of airflow collected by the air collecting window passes through a plurality of wind driven generators to drive the wind driven generators to generate power. The voltage converter intelligently processes power generated by the wind driven generators, and the voltage is different because of different vehicle speed, so that voltage output to the charger is kept consistent. The charger is used for instantly charging the storage battery set by current output by the voltage converter.
