The invention discloses a high-voltage safe protecting system for an electric vehicle. An interlocking loop state of a high-voltage loop and the insulation resistance of a high-voltage system are detected through a battery managing system, and the system can change into a high-voltage power-off process to diagnose the interlocking signal states of the loop in the abnormal situation. The collision state signals can be detected and sent a whole-vehicle controller and the battery managing system through a safe air bag manager. In collision, the whole-vehicle controller and the battery managing system can change into a high-voltage power-off process and enable the whole-vehicle high voltage to be switched off. The high-voltage safe protecting system greatly improves high-voltage safety of the electric vehicle.
