The invention discloses a vehicle control method based on alcohol sensing. An alcohol detecting module, a wireless communication module, a voice module and a locating module are arranged in a vehicle. When an external vehicle starting instruction is received, whether air is blown into the alcohol detecting module for detection or not is judged; if the air is not blown into the alcohol detecting module, the voice module is controlled to remind a driver to blow air for detection; if the air is blown into the alcohol detecting module, the air is analyzed to obtain the detected alcohol concentration of the driver; the obtained detected alcohol concentration is compared with a preset alcohol concentration threshold; if the obtained detected alcohol concentration threshold is smaller than the preset alcohol concentration threshold, the vehicle is controlled to be started; and if the obtained detected alcohol concentration threshold is not smaller than the preset alcohol concentration threshold, the vehicle is locked, and the detected alcohol concentration and the GPS coordinates of the vehicle are sent to a preset mobile phone number. The vehicle control method is simple in design and convenient to use, effectively prevents drunk driving and increases the running safety coefficient of the vehicle.
