The invention provides an automotive safety system capable of controlling a throttle and a brake synchronously and relates to the technical field of synchronous control over the throttle and the brake of an automobile. The automotive safety system comprises a wire pull disc, a throttle foot bar, a throttle buffer device, a clutch device and a touch control switch. The wire pull disc is connected with the throttle foot bar through a rotating shaft. The rotating shaft is sleeved with a reset torsional spring and connected with the throttle foot bar. The front end of the throttle foot bar is connected with a throttle footstep. The throttle buffer device comprises a damping hydraulic main pump, a first hydraulic sub pump and a second hydraulic sub pump. The damping hydraulic main pump is connected with the hydraulic sub pumps through hydraulic pipes. According to the automotive safety system, the throttle and the brake of the automobile can be controlled synchronously; when the automobile is controlled normally, the opening and closing range of the throttle can be controlled by treading the throttle; under the emergency condition, when the throttle is used as the brake by mistake, the system can start the throttle buffer device so that the wire pull disc can be separated from the clutch device, oil supply is stopped, automatic brake is achieved, and thus serious consequences brought by error operation are eliminated.
