A radiant heater air-conditioning system is provided with: a heater body (10) including a heating unit (11) that generates heat by energization, the heater body radiating radiant heat into the cabin using the heat supplied from the heating unit; an energization setting unit (30, 130) that sets an energization permitting state permitting energization of the heating unit or an energization prohibiting state prohibiting the energization; and an air-conditioning control device (5) that controls an air-conditioning output for heating operation for the cabin. The air-conditioning control device, when the energization permitting state is set, lowers the air-conditioning output from when the energization prohibiting state is set.
