The invention relates to a large component lifting system and a disassembling method thereof and a large component lifting method. The large component lifting system is detachably arranged on an engine room of a wind generator set and comprises a main crane system, a first auxiliary crane system and a second auxiliary crane system, wherein the main crane system is used for lifting a large component of the wind generator set; the first auxiliary crane system is used for lifting the main crane system; the second auxiliary crane system is used for lifting the first auxiliary crane system, wherein all components of the second auxiliary crane system can be lifted into the engine room through a lifting opening of the engine room. Large components such as a generator and blades are lifted and replaced through the three crane systems of different sizes, the construction cost during large component replacement can be greatly lowered, and the large component lifting system can meet the transportation size requirement and is not limited in the land highway transportation process.
