The invention discloses an electromagnetic field emission device for a high-rise building and belongs to the technical field of safety design of elevators. The electromagnetic field emission device comprises a fall protection controller, a power supply, a signal transmitter, harnesses, an infrared distance meter, an infrared distance metering fixed-point block, a signal receiver, positive electromagnetic field emission mechanisms, negative electromagnetic field emission mechanisms, a motor and an expansion link, wherein the fall protection controller, the power supply and the signal transmitter are arranged on the upper surface of the top of a car sequentially; the infrared distance meter and a first positive electromagnetic field emission mechanism are arranged on the lower surface of the bottom end of the car; the infrared distance metering fixed-point block and a second positive electromagnetic field emission mechanism are arranged at the bottom of an elevator shaft. The fall protection controller controls the electromagnetic field emission mechanisms to start through a wireless signal alarm when detecting car fall through the infrared distance meter, and the falling resistance of the car is increased. The electromagnetic field emission device is reasonable in design and simple in structure and is applicable to optimal design of a vertical elevator fall loss reduction system.
