The invention discloses a planetary rover. The planetary rover comprises a frame and wheels located beneath the left side and the right side of the front end and the left side and the right side of the rear end of the frame. The planetary rover is characterized in that the planetary rover further comprises a suspension system, and the suspension system comprises two rocker arms which are arranged on the vertical planes of the front end and the rear end of the frame in the width direction respectively; each rocker arm comprises two splayed oscillating bars which are symmetrical left and right and a transverse connecting rod which is horizontally and fixedly connected to the upper ends of the oscillating bars, the middle of each transverse connecting rod is rotatably mounted on the frame through a bearing arranged in the front-rear direction of the middle position of the frame, the lower ends of the oscillating bars are provided with the wheels through driving systems, the middle of each oscillating bar is connected with the upper end of a spring damping mechanism in an axial sliding mode, and the lower end of each spring damping mechanism extends in the lower-inner direction and is connected with a hinged support vertically fixed to the frame through a hinge shaft horizontally arranged in the front-rear direction. The planetary rover is good in dumping resistance and drive control performance, high in traveling stability, capable of being better adapted to traveling in planet complex terrains, and the like.
