The invention relates to a spherical uniaxial rudder oriented intelligent aircraft, which comprises a hollow sphere (1) and is characterized in that a main paddle (22) is arranged in a vertical direction of the hollow sphere (1), and controls rising or descending of the aircraft; a first sub-paddle (31) and a second sub-paddle (41) which are capable of rotating forwards and backwards are arranged in the horizontal direction of the hollow sphere (1) and control moving of the aircraft in the horizontal direction. The spherical uniaxial rudder oriented intelligent aircraft flies in two manners of rotary wings and a fixed wing, so the aircraft has respective advantages of the rotary wings and the fixed wing, the rotary wings are used for realizing control and suspension stop in a flying direction, and realizing vertical taking off and landing, and the fixed wing is used for realizing high speed flying after achieving certain height.
