The invention relates to a submerged reef avoid system using dual-image filtering applied on a submarine; the system comprises a submarine front mount, a submerged reef discrimination device and a myriametric wave communication device; the submerged reef discrimination device is arranged on the submarine front mount and used for detecting whether the submerged reef exists in the water in front of the submarine or not, so the submarine can use the myriametric wave communication device to transfer submerged reef related information to a waterborne platform. The submerged reef avoid system can help the submarine to automatically avoid underwater submerged reefs, thus improving driving reliability.
