The invention discloses a rotary-righting salvaging method for a sunken ship and main equipment. The method is characterized in that the underwater sunken ship is firmly wrapped or half wrapped with a cable net, then inflatable boxes and inflatable bags are connected with the cable net in a hung mode, and the inflatable boxes and the inflatable bags are connected through air supplying pipes in rows; after the other ends of the air supplying pipes are connected with an air pressure distributing platform and an air compressor which are arranged on a salvage ship, the air compressor is started, and the inflatable boxes and the inflatable bags which are connected to the underwater sunken ship in the hung mode are inflated with compressed air in rows according to a preset design sequence, so that rows of the inflatable boxes or the inflatable bags can continuously generate the upward buoyancy force according to the preset direction to drive a sunken ship body to be lifted from bottom to top and enable the sunken ship body to be axially rotated and upwards floated; when the sunken ship body is rotated and floated to the righting position, that is, the ship body is in a normal state on the water surface, cabin cleaning can be performed, and then the salvaging operation is completed. The method is easy to implement, high in reliability and relatively low in salvaging cost. The technology is mainly applied to the salvaging operation for sunken ships and other articles in and under rivers, lakes and seas.
