The invention discloses a fixing device for a drag arm rear suspension and an automobile, and belongs to the field of automobile design. The fixing device for the drag arm rear suspension comprises an installation plate, a reinforcing plate and installation parts. The installation plate and a rear longitudinal beam, a sill beam and a rear floor of the automobile form a box structure, and the reinforcing plate is located in the box structure; the installation parts are located between the installation plate and the reinforcing plate, the two ends of each installation part are connected with the installation plate and the reinforcing plate respectively, and the drag arm rear suspension is fixed to the fixing device for the drag arm rear suspension through the installation parts. By fixing the fixing device for the drag arm rear suspension between the rear longitudinal beam and the sill beam, the unnecessary superficial area of the rear longitudinal beam is omitted, materials are saved, and the weight of an automobile body is reduced; the box structure of the device can disperse stress and prevent stress concentration; reinforcing ribs arranged on the installation plate can improve the strength and rigidity of the fixing device.
