The invention relates to an electric vehicle starting control system, and solves problems that an existing electric vehicle fingerprint starting control system is not convenient in authorization management. The invention discloses an electric vehicle starting control system. The system comprises a fingerprint identification module, a communication module, a control unit controlling an electric motor of an electric vehicle. The fingerprint identification module comprises a DSP processor, a fingerprint reader, and a storage. The storage comprises a first storage unit and a second storage unit. When fingerprint characteristic data acquired by the fingerprint characteristic reader is matched and consistent with any group of fingerprint characteristic data in the storage, the fingerprint characteristic reader acquires second time fingerprint characteristic data in a delayed manner. The DSP processor receives the fingerprint characteristic data acquired in the second time and sends the data to the storage to replace the fingerprint characteristic data which is originally stored in the second storage unit. The system can conveniently carry out temporary use authorization, and provides convenience for authorization management.
