The invention relates to a motor vehicle emergent avoiding platform based on a communication technology. The motor vehicle emergent avoiding platform comprises a three-side radar detecting device, an avoiding direction promoting device, a rear vehicle speed detecting device and an instrument panel control device. The three-side radar detecting device is used for detecting the front end space horizontal distance, the left side space horizontal space and the right side space horizontal distance of a motor vehicle. The rear vehicle speed detecting device is used for detecting the acceleration change rate and the absolute speed of a rear vehicle. The instrument panel control device is connected with the three-side radar detecting device, the avoiding direction promoting device and the rear vehicle speed detecting device and used for determining an emergent avoiding direction according to detection results of the three-side radar detecting device and the rear vehicle speed detecting device and sending an emergent avoiding direction to the avoiding direction promoting device. By means of the motor vehicle emergent avoiding platform, a driver of the motor vehicle can be prompted with the emergent avoiding direction in time when the speed of the rear vehicle is detected to be abnormal, and thus collision accidents are avoided.
