The invention discloses a high-speed pantograph head with two degrees of freedom. The high-speed pantograph head comprises a supporting seat, flexible plate support frames, two contact strip supporting columns, connecting springs and carbon contact strips, wherein the flexible plate support frames are fixedly connected with the supporting seat through rivets, and the two contact strip supporting columns are connected with the flexible plate support frames through bolts; the carbon contact strips are fixedly arranged at the tops of the contact strip supporting columns through screws; and two ends of the connecting springs are connected with the front and rear contact strip supporting columns through hinges. The high-speed pantograph head is arranged at the top of a pantograph, the carbon contact strips can be kept in close contact with guide wires in contact nets all the time under the supporting actions of the flexible plate support frames and the contact strip supporting columns, and effective supporting and vibration damping functions are provided in the two-degree-of-freedom direction, so that the structural stability, following performance and contact net adaptability of the pantograph are improved. The high-speed pantograph head with two degrees of freedom is simple in structure, light in weight, easy to manufacture, high in shock resistance, not only beneficial to high-speed current collection of the pantograph, but also capable of increasing the collected current of the pantograph of a train on a conventional railway or an urban light rail.
