The present invention provides an LEU tester which detects the working state of an LEU effectively, outputs the message content and an interface waveform, and displays the message content and the interface waveform graphically. The scheme is that: an LEU tester shell is equipped with a functional button connected with a main processing module, a display module and a meter pen interface, an LEU message reading module, a frequency spectrum test module, a cable on-off test module, a storage module and the display module are connected with the main processing module separately, and the LEU message reading module, the frequency spectrum test module, the cable on-off test module, the storage module, the display module and the main processing module are all connected with a battery. The LEU tester of the present invention detects the working state of the LEU effectively, outputs the message content and the interface waveform, displays the message content and the interface waveform graphically, and detects the on-off of the LEU tester and a responder communication cable, adopts a portable mode, is convenient and rapid to use and easy to operate, and is maintenance-free.
