The invention discloses a garage navigation method. The garage navigation method includes the following steps that: a preset location where a user needs to arrive, which is inputted by the user, is acquired; an exit nearest to the preset location is determined; the positions of K vacant parking spaces which are away from the exit by a preset range are determined, wherein K is an integer larger than or equal to 1; navigation routes between the position of a terminal and the positions of K vacant parking spaces are generated respectively, and N routes can be obtained, wherein N is an integer larger than 1; and a target route with the minimum congestion degree is determined from the N routes, and the vacant parking space corresponding to the target route is determined as a target parking space. The embodiment of the invention also discloses a terminal. With the garage navigation method and terminal provided by the embodiments of the invention adopted, route navigation can be performed on the plurality of vacant parking spaces which are nearest to the preset position, and the route with the minimum congestion degree is determined from the plurality of routes, and the vacant parking space corresponding to the route with the minimum congestion degree can be obtained, and the user can arrive at the vacant parking space at the peak use time of garages.
