The invention relates to a steel plate lifting device. Multiple roller racks are arranged in a parallel mode, a connecting rod mechanism and a fixing oscillating bar are arranged below each roller rack, each connecting rod mechanism comprises a central connecting rod and two upper connecting rods and two lower connecting rods which are hinged to the two ends of the central connecting rod, the other end of each upper connecting rod is hinged to the corresponding roller rack, and the other end of each lower connecting rod is hinged to a connecting rod support base; the fixing oscillating bars are further arranged in the longitudinal direction of the roller racks, and the two ends of each fixing oscillating bar are hinged to the corresponding roller rack and an oscillating bar support base respectively; a synchronization mechanism comprises a synchronization shaft, a driving oscillating arm and a driven oscillating arm, the extending end of a hydraulic cylinder is hinged to the driving oscillating arm and can make the driving oscillating arm rotate along a revolving shaft which is located on the lower portion, the driving oscillating arm is connected with the driven oscillating arm through the synchronization shaft and drives the driven oscillating arm to rotate in a synchronized mode, and the driving oscillating arm or the driven oscillating arm is hinged to the connecting rod mechanisms through an adjustable rod. By means of the steel plate lifting device, the synchronization action of the steel plate lifting device is achieved, and the height of the steel plate lifting device is adjustable; the device is simple, light and handy in structure, compared with equipment of the same kind, the weight is reduced by about 40%, the equipment fabrication cost is reduced, and the device is convenient to install, operate and repair.
