The invention discloses a lift capable of rotationally working. The lift comprises a fixed base, a scissor fork arm frame, a hydraulic cylinder and a lifting platform. The scissor fork arm frame is connected between the fixed base and the lifting platform. The hydraulic cylinder is arranged on the scissor fork arm frame. A rectangular rotary platform is arranged above the lifting platform. An electric rotary device is arranged between the lifting platform and the rotary platform so that the lifting platform and the rotary platform can be connected. In this way, according to the lift capable of rotationally working, the scissor fork arm frame is folded in an up-down mode under the support of the hydraulic cylinder, and accordingly the height of the lifting platform and the height of the rotary platform are adjusted. The electric rotary device rotates and can drive the angle of the rotary platform to be adjusted, operation is convenient, and the application range of the lift is increased.
