The invention discloses a novel electrophoresis lifting appliance with clamping and holding plates. The electrophoresis lifting appliance comprises an N-shaped bridge frame, a double-layer linear connecting plate, a V-shaped electrode clamping jaw, a J-shaped conductive hook and a dustproof holding plate, wherein the N-shaped bridge frame, the double-layer linear connecting plate, the V-shaped electrode clamping jaw and the J-shaped conductive hook are made of red copper, and are connected with each other through pins; the through-connection parts of the N-shaped bridge frame are in movable connection; the N-shaped bridge frame and the double-layer linear connecting plate are in movable connection; the V-shaped electrode clamping jaw is fixed on the double-layer linear connecting plate; the dustproof holding plate is made of steel and in a round table shape; the upper surface of the holding plate is connected with the double-layer linear connecting plate; the lower surface of the holding plate is connected with the J-shaped conductive hook. The novel electrophoresis lifting appliance disclosed by the invention is simple and practical in design, and artful in conception, and can be used for the electrophoresis of metal products in batches.
