The invention discloses a vehicle-rack transverse beam structure of a rear axle. The vehicle-rack transverse beam structure comprises a transverse beam body, two connecting plates, two lifting-axle brackets, two vibration absorber brackets, two positioning brackets and two storage battery brackets, wherein the transverse beam body adopts a kidney-shaped tubular structure; the two connecting plates are respectively arranged at two ends of the transverse beam body, and the connecting plates are fixedly connected with vehicle-rack longitudinal beams; the two lifting-axle brackets are respectively and perpendicularly connected with lower end surfaces of two ends of the transverse beam body, and lower ends of the lifting-axle brackets are connected with a rear lifting axle; the two vibration absorber brackets are respectively arranged on upper end surfaces of two ends of the transverse beam body, and the vibration absorber brackets are bent and point to the vehicle tail direction; the two positioning brackets are parallel to each other, and two ends of each positioning bracket are respectively connected with the lifting-axle brackets; the two storage battery brackets are respectively and perpendicularly connected with outer wall surfaces facing the vehicle head direction, of two ends of the transverse beam body. Through the adoption of the vehicle-rack transverse beam structure, the stress brought by a rear-axle vehicle rack can be evenly scattered, so that the bending moment and the shearing force borne by the rear-axle vehicle rack can be relieved.
