The invention discloses an ultralow semitrailer wheel shaft steering device, which comprises a front axle, a rear axle and steering wheel bearings which are arranged at two ends of the front axle and the rear axle, wherein the middle of the front axle and the middle of the rear axle are correspondingly hinged to a front steering arm and a rear steering arm; two horizontal ends of the front steering arm are respectively hinged to output ends of two drive oil cylinders; the longitudinal rear end of the front steering arm is hinged to the middle of a front horizontal pull rod; two ends of the front horizontal pull rod are hinged to one end of a front connection arm; the other end of the front connection arm is hinged to the corresponding steering wheel bearing; the front steering arm is connected with the rear steering arm by a longitudinal pull rod; the rear end of the rear steering arm is hinged to the middle of a rear horizontal pull rod; two ends of the rear horizontal pull rod are hinged to one end of a rear connection arm; and the other end of the rear connection arm is hinged to the corresponding steering wheel bearing. According to the ultralow semitrailer wheel shaft steering device, the wheel shaft steering function on an ultralow semitrailer is realized; and the problem that when the ultralow semitrailer is used for conveying a draught fan tower barrel, the ultralow semitrailer difficultly operates on a curving mountain road is well solved.
