Sliding-rolling-floating is the trend of the development of human mechanical motion technology. Once the trend is deeply understood, it is easy to understand that the floating machinery replaces the rolling machinery. The transmission method of the rolling machinery is completely changed; power is separated from a carrier; the carrier, a road and the power are integrated; the power generates an acceleration for an acting force of the carrier through the road; even though the speed of the carrier is 200-400-800- Kilometers per hour, the power and wind power can still generate an acceleration for the acting force of the carrier; and this is the core (technology) of replacing the rolling machinery with the floating machinery; when the core technology is used together with a deadweight reducing technology, a technology with high safety, a non-stop technology, a technology of going upstairs when arriving at a station, a super high speed negative factor conversion technology and so on, an initial form of a future floating machinery is formed; and when being invigorated, the future floating machinery will operated at a designed high speed.
