The invention discloses a static suspension device for a permanent-magnet electrodynamic maglev train. The static suspension device is used for realizing controllable static suspension of the permanent-magnet electrodynamic maglev train and comprises steering frames, cylindrical permanent magnet module marshalling groups arranged on the steering frames and guide rails matched with the cylindrical permanent magnet module marshalling groups and in abnormal shapes, wherein each cylindrical permanent magnet module marshalling group consists of four cylindrical permanent magnets in one steering frame, two cylindrical permanent magnet modules are oppositely and symmetrically arranged on the left side edge of the corresponding steering frame, and the other two cylindrical permanent magnet modules are oppositely and symmetrically arranged on the right side edge of the corresponding steering frame; the two cylindrical permanent magnet modules on each side edge are coaxially mounted on two output shafts of a rotary double-shaft-extension motor respectively, and one output shaft of the rotary double-shaft-extension motor is coincident with the geometric center of a corresponding guide groove in a half cylinder shape. Through the adoption of the static suspension device disclosed by the invention, the static suspension of the permanent-magnet electrodynamic maglev train can be realized, and the guiding rails in which guide grooves in half cylinder shapes are formed provides suspension force and guide force for the permanent-magnet electrodynamic maglev train at the same time.
