The invention relates to the field of vehicle-road coordination technologies and traffic guidance technologies, and particularly relates to a method for realizing dynamic guidance for a travel route of a driver through information interaction between a vehicle-mounted device and a road side device. The invention provides a dynamic route guidance method based on vehicle-road communication. The method takes a vehicle as a traffic information acquisition source, traffic information interaction is performed with road side equipment through vehicle-mounted equipment, traffic flow operation state parameters of a road network governed by the road side equipment are extracted and updated, and meanwhile, the road side equipment uploads the traffic flow operation state parameters of the governed road network to central equipment at a certain time interval. The central equipment provides K initial optimal routes for the travel vehicle based on traffic flow operation state information of the whole road network so as to be selected by the driver, when the travel vehicle gets into the area of the road network governed by the road side equipment, and the road side equipment provides an optimal travel route in the governed road network and information services for the travel vehicle according to the current traffic flow operation state of the governed road network.
