The invention relates to a conveying mechanism, in particular to a rotation pressing type lifting mechanism. The rotation pressing type lifting mechanism comprises a handle, a casing pipe, a gasket, a threaded shaft, a spring, a Z-shaped lever, a carrier, a support rod and a support base. The handle and the casing pipe are fixedly connected. The threaded shaft is sequentially connected with the casing pipe, the Z-shaped lever and the spring from top to bottom in a sleeved manner, and the other end of the threaded shaft is inserted in the support base to be fixed. The Z-shaped lever is hinged to the support rod, and the carrier is hinged to the Z-shaped lever. The lifting mechanism is simple in structure, easy and convenient to operate and suitable for short-distance lifting and conveying of objects.
