The invention provides an electric block trolley with an extremely-small turning radius. A rotating device and a horizontal guide wheel device are additionally arranged on the lower body part of an existing electric block trolley. The rotating device is mainly composed of a connection beam, a trolley rotating and balancing hanging shaft, a thrust ball bearing, nuts and a clamping plate. A driving traveling wheel wall plate and a driven traveling wheel wall plate of the trolley are connected through the connection beam. The two ends of the connection beam are locked through the corresponding double nuts. Split pins are arranged on lead screw heads of the connection beam. The upper portion of the trolley rotating and balancing hanging shaft penetrates the connection beam. The thrust ball bearing is arranged on the trolley rotating and balancing hanging shaft. The trolley rotating and balancing hanging shaft and the thrust ball bearing are connected through the corresponding nuts and fixed through the clamping plate. The lower portion of the trolley rotating and balancing hanging shaft and an electric block body frame plate are fixed through a joint bearing and a pin shaft. In this way, an electric block body and the trolley are connected into a whole through the rotating device; horizontal guide wheels are additionally arranged on the driving traveling wheel wall plate and the driven traveling wheel wall plate of the trolley; and the trolley can smoothly pass a small turning rail under the effects of the rotating device and the guide wheels.
