The invention discloses a utilization system for the principle that like charges repel but opposite charges attract, and belongs to the technical field of elevator safety design. The utilization system comprises a drop protective controller, a power supply, a signal transmitter, a wiring harness, an infrared distance measuring instrument, an infrared distance measuring fixed point block, a signal receiver, a positive electromagnetic field emitting mechanism, a negative electromagnetic field emitting mechanism, a motor and a telescopic pole, wherein the telescopic pole, the drop protective controller, the power supply and the signal transmitter are sequentially and uniformly distributed on the upper surface of the top of the car; the infrared distance measuring instrument and the first positive electromagnetic field emitting mechanism are uniformly distributed on the lower surface of the bottom end of a car; and the infrared distance measuring fixed point block and the second positive electromagnetic field emitting mechanism are distributed on the bottom of an elevator well. In the utilization system, when the drop protective controller monitors that the car is dropped by virtue of the infrared distance measuring instrument, a wireless signal alarm controls the electromagnetic field emitting mechanism to start, so that the car dropping resistance is increased. The utilization system is reasonable in design, simple in structure and suitable for an optimized design of a perpendicular elevator drop impairment system.
