The invention provides a method, system and device for improving operation efficiency and energy saving performance of an elevator. According to statistical data of operation within a period of time, each carrying load, namely a weight or the average weight of weight sums of passengers, of a lift car in different periods on workdays and non-work days is calculated, so that the basis is provided for configuration of counterweights in different periods; the number of counterweight fillers required by storage type counterweight needed by counterweight is calculated, so that the counterweight keeps balance with the lift car and load, namely the weight or the weight sums of the passengers; the system further has the functions of calculating the torque generated by the weight at a certain position in the plane of the lift car, and calculating the degrees, over a preset angle, of the included angle of the plane of the lift car and a level gauge after the torque generated by the certain weight excesses a threshold value; a balance system in the lift car transmits the calculation result to an LED indication system to instruct an elevator operator to adjust the position of the weight, or instruct individual passengers in the lift car to adjust the position, so that the center of gravity of the elevator is adjusted, the carrying plane of the elevator remains level relative to the level gauge or the included angle between the carrying plane of the elevator and the plane where the level gauge is located is smaller than the preset angle, friction between the carrying plane of the elevator and guide rails is reduced in the ascent and descent process, and the effect of energy saving is achieved.
