The invention relates to a fresh air purification system of a ship. An inlet of the fresh air purification system is located outside a cabin. A louver (3) at the inlet of the fresh air purification system is connected to an air purifier through a bolt (2), a shell (6) of the air purifier is welded to an enclosure wall (1), and the whole air purifier is located at an inlet of a fresh air pipeline. After the bolt (2) and the louver (3) are disassembled, a maintainer can inspect and maintain the interior structure of the air purifier outdoors without disassembling any air pipe. Being arranged at the fresh air inlet outside the cabin and fixedly and integrally connected with the louver, the air purifier neither occupies the space of an air conditioner room nor influences the arrangement of an air conditioner or other important devices. Based on disassembly or assembly convenience of the louver, the maintainer can inspect and maintain the interior structure conveniently.
