At least one person can be contained in the barrel-shaped bag body, and water cannot enter the bag body so that the person can be protected against cold. A main air inlet of a pressure gas storage container of the water disaster escaping diving bag is connected with a compressed air source through a check valve and is internally inflated with high-pressure air, an air outlet is communicated with the main space in the bag through an electric control valve, and an automatic air circulation and air pressure adjustment loop is formed with the main space of the air bag under the coordination of a main control module, a pressure sensor and an electric air pump to prevent anoxia asphyxia.
