The invention discloses a water disaster escaping diving bag. An airtight bag body is composed with a base, a bag skeleton, a bag skin and a sealing opening as the main parts. The water disaster escaping diving bag is folded in standby use and is fast unfolded after being taken and triggered. At least one person can be contained in the barrel-shaped bag body, and water cannot enter the bag body so that the person can be protected against cold. A main air inlet of a pressure gas storage container of the water disaster escaping diving bag is connected with a compressed air source through a check valve and is internally inflated with high-pressure air, an air outlet is communicated with the main space in the bag through an electric control valve, and an automatic air circulation and air pressure adjustment loop is formed with the main space of the air bag under the coordination of a main control module, a pressure sensor and an electric air pump to prevent anoxia asphyxia. A lamp can be turned on for illumination when the person gets trapped in water, the arms of the person stretch out of arm sleeves to achieve self rescuing and get out of the trap, and if the bag is broken and leak gas, a breathing mask can be worn emergently. An ultrasonic beacon generator, a wireless beacon generator, a rescuing flashlight and a rescue asking horn are available for calling for help, and a ventilation sewage outlet is used for discharging sewage after floating on the water surface and breathing of fresh air, and the person can eat solid food or drink spring water or filtering water when feeling hungry and thirsty. The water disaster escaping diving bag is arranged on a ship working in rivers, lakes and seas or a platform and facilitates escaping. The drawing 1 is the drawing for the abstract.
