The invention relates to an anchor observation device, and belongs to a ship inspection device. The anchor observation device comprises a rotating arm fixed to a deck. The rotating arm is formed by connecting a supporting rod perpendicular to the deck, and a horizontal rod parallel to the deck and extending out of the deck. A bent part inclining downwards towards the supporting rod is arranged at the end, extending out of the deck, of the horizontal rod. A convex mirror with a downward hook face is arranged at the end of the bent part. The anchor observation device is simple in structure and convenient to assemble; according to the total reflection principle of the convex mirror, the part, hardly observed, on the lower face of a ship is reflected to eyes of people through the convex mirror, and the state of an anchor can be conveniently observed by personnel on the ship.
