The invention discloses a driving wheel inner sleeve which comprises a middle tubular portion and a disc-shaped portion. The middle tubular portion is in a shape of a round tube, threads and a recess formed in the axial direction of the round tube and used for a plug pin to be plugged are formed in the inner side of the round tube, the tubular wall of the round tube is divided into two sections different in thickness, and the two tubular wall sections different in thickness form a one-step-shaped structure on the periphery of the round tube. The disc-shaped portion can be divided into an inner circular-ring portion and an outer circular-ring portion, the inner side of the inner circular-ring portion is integrally connected with the thicker tubular wall section of the middle tubular portion, and multiple inner side connecting round holes are further formed in the inner circular-ring portion and are evenly distributed around the center of the inner circular-ring portion for one circle. The outer circular-ring portion is integrally connected with the inner circular-ring portion, and multiple protrusion structures outwards protruding in the radial direction are arranged on the peripheral edge of the outer circular-ring portion and are evenly distributed along the peripheral edge of the outer circular-ring portion. An outer side connecting round hole is further formed in the inner side of each protrusion structure.
