The invention provides an automobile accelerator and brake synchronous control safety system and relates to the technical field of automobile accelerator and brake synchronous control. The system comprises a guy anchor, an accelerator foot bar, an accelerator damping device, a clutch device and a touch control switch, wherein the guy anchor is connected with the accelerator foot bar through a rotary shaft, the rotary shaft is sleeved with a reset spring which is connected with the accelerator foot bar, and the front end of the accelerator foot bar is connected with an accelerator pedal; the accelerator damping device comprises a hydraulic damping main pump and a branch hydraulic pump, and the hydraulic damping main pump and the branch hydraulic pump are connected through a hydraulic pipe. By the adoption of the system, synchronous control over an accelerator and a brake of an automobile can be achieved, and the accelerator can be controlled through treading when the automobile is operated normally; when the accelerator is mistaken for the brake in an emergency, the accelerator damping device can be started by the system to enable the guy anchor to be separated from a clutch, so that oil supply is stopped and automatic braking is achieved, and then serious consequences caused by misoperation are eliminated.
