The invention relates to a full-automatic sunshade skeleton folding-unfolding device for an automobile. The device comprises four telescopic multi-sectional poles 1, a drive motor 2, a center gear 3, racks 4, a tray 5 used for storing the racks, rack tracks 6, a base 7, shade cloth 8, a shade cloth folding-unfolding mechanism 9 and auxiliary components. When the device is started, the four telescopic multi-sectional poles 1 extend to drive and support the shade cloth 8 of a sunshade to be unfolded to cover the top surface of the entire automobile in a hanging manner, the sunshade is avoided being in direct contact with the surface of the automobile, in this way, the problems of scratching the surface of the automobile due to direct contact and the like are avoided and the better effects of shading and heat insulation are also achieved.
