The invention discloses a refrigerator car and a refrigeration system thereof. The refrigeration system comprises a compressor, an evaporator, a throttling component, condensers, a defrosting pipe and a vapor-liquid separator. The condenser is arranged between a four-way valve and a throttling component, and the condensers comprise the parallel flow type main condenser and the copper pipe fin type auxiliary condenser which are connected in series. The refrigeration system further comprises a second valve connected with the parallel flow type main condenser in parallel. The condensers are arranged to be two parts, namely, the parallel flow type main condenser and the copper pipe fin type auxiliary condenser, connected in series. In a refrigeration mode, the second valve is disconnected and stopped, and refrigerating fluid passes through the two condensers in sequence in the condensation process. In the defrosting process, the second valve is opened and connected, the refrigerating fluid only passes through the copper pipe fin type auxiliary condenser, the frosting problem of the condensers is effectively relieved, the flow of the refrigerating fluid of the system is increased, heating capacity for defrosting is improved, energy is saved, defrosting speed is increased, temperature fluctuation in a compartment of the refrigerator car is reduced, and the preservation quality of a refrigerated object is ensured.
