The invention discloses evidence-obtaining and cautioning methods/systems of illegal bus lane occupation. The evidence obtaining method comprises that a first bus driving on a bus lane collects image data of the bus lane in front via a camera; the image data is detected to obtain information of a vehicle, other than buses, which breaks the rule; the information is sent to a second bus which is in front of the vehicle; and the second bus displays the information of the vehicle on a display screen of the second bus. Thus, evidence of the vehicle that enters the bus lane illegally is obtained, information of the vehicle is obtained, the vehicle is prompted via the bus in front, the deterrent force is strong, the vehicle which breaks the rule is urged to leave from the bus lane, and the bus lane can be recovered to an unblocked state as soon as possible.
