The invention designs a novel method of identifying traffic jam of a road, identifying reasons of the traffic jam and releasing and sharing a traffic jam state in real time on the basis of a mobile phone and the mobile Internet. Through adoption of a system, people caught in traffic jam can timely know the reason of the traffic jam ahead and know the progress of barricade removing, so anxiety of the people in the traffic jam is greatly alleviated. Furthermore, people who are about to go out can check the real-time condition of the traffic jam, know the specific reason of the traffic jam and know the progress of barricade removing as if these people are on the scene of the traffic jam, thus accurately deciding to avoid the peak hour or to change another road to go out. In this way, traffic pressure of roads can be balanced.
