The invention relates to a one-arm rescue boat hanging bracket for a ship. The one-arm rescue boat hanging bracket comprises a base, a rotation device, a drive device, an electrical control box, a lifting mechanism, a lifting arm, a head pulley, a lifting device and a lifting rope. The rotation device is connected with the base in a rotating mode. The lifting device is in transmission connection with the lifting mechanism through the lifting rope. The lifting mechanism comprises a winding drum, a tensioning spindle, a supporting rod, a tensioning wheel and a shell. The winding drum is rotatably matched with the shell. The tensioning spindle is rotatably matched with the shell. One end of the supporting rod is fixedly connected with the tensioning spindle. The tensioning wheel is rotatably matched with the other end of the supporting rod. The lifting rope passes through the tensioning wheel firstly and then is wound around the winding drum. Two balance weights are in transmission connection with the lifting mechanism through respective balance weight ropes. Moreover, the balance weight ropes penetrate through transition wheels to be connected with the lifting rope. By the adoption of the lifting rope, the tensioning effect is good, safe lifting is guaranteed, and safety accidents are avoided.
