The invention discloses an upper hanging plate anti-disengaging structure of an elevator landing door device. The structure comprises an elevator landing door upper hanging plate, upper hanging plate wheels and a landing door head. A transverse S-type door head guide rail is arranged on the lower portion of the landing door head. The upper hanging plate wheels are arranged on the door head guide rail and can freely slide forwards and backwards on the door head guide rail. The landing door upper hanging plate is provided with an upper end flanging hook capable of being clamped to the door head guide rail. The anti-disengaging structure further comprises landing door head extending edges and lower guide wheels. The lower guide wheels and the landing door head extending edges are in clearance fit in a clamped mode. According to the upper hanging plate anti-disengaging structure of the elevator landing door device, the landing door head extending edges and the improved lower guide wheels are adopted; the door head extending edges and the lower guide wheels are in the clamped state after a door is closed in place; the situation that the landing door hanging plate is disengaged from the door head guide rail after being impacted forwards and backwards can be effectively prevented; gaps between the lower guide wheels and the door head extending edges are widened due to improvement of the lower guide wheels; the hanging plate can be adjusted on site more conveniently, and adaptability is higher.
