An automatic material loading, unloading and transferring device comprises a hopper, a feeding trolley, a transfer table, an unloading table and a transfer crown block. The hopper containing materials is conveyed to the transfer table through the feeding trolley. The transfer crown block lifts the hopper from the transfer table and transfers the hopper to the unloading table. A feeding port of the hopper is located in the top of the hopper. A discharging port of the hopper is located in the bottom of the hopper. A chute is formed in the edge of the discharging port. A discharging door opened and closed in a sliding manner is arranged in the chute. The materials in the hopper are discharged out of the discharging door. An unloading device used for stretching the discharging door is arranged on the unloading table. Lifting hooks at the bottom of a lifting tool of the transfer crown block are attached to lifting lugs on the two sides of the hopper in a sliding manner when the materials are lifted. Guide wheels are symmetrically arranged on the side faces of the lifting tool. Guide frames are arranged on the two sides of the transfer table and the unloading table. The guide wheels can slide up and down along the guide frames. Locating guide cones are arranged at the bottom of the hopper. Both the feeding trolley and the unloading device are fixedly provided with locating guide seats meshed with the locating guide cones. By the adoption of the automatic material loading, unloading and transferring device, the horizontal position and vertical position of the lifting tool are automatically corrected, and the lifting hooks are assembled and disassembled automatically; and labor is not needed, and efficiency is improved.
