The invention discloses a hydraulic lifting device for a positioning pile of a self-propelled dredger with a steel harrow grab bucket. The hydraulic lifting device comprises an upper ring beam and a lower ring beam which are connected with a positioning pile body, wherein a lifting oil cylinder is arranged between the upper ring beam and the lower ring beam and connected with the upper ring beam and the lower ring beam through oil cylinder hinge shafts, and plugs are matched with plug holes in the positioning pile; the lower ring beam is connected with hinging seats firmly welded on a deck through hinges, self-lubrication spherical plain bearings are mounted in upper hinge points and lower hinge points of the hinges, so that the hinges can swing, and unbalance caused by factors such as the obliquity of the positioning pile and the deformation of a ship body can be compensated; the plugs on the lower ring beam are supporting plugs, the plugs on the upper ring beam are operational plugs, and during operation, a group of the plugs on the upper ring beam and the lower ring beam needs to be in the plug holes all the time so as to ensure the security. The hydraulic lifting device disclosed by the invention is reasonable in structure and good in operational properties, the plugs on the upper ring beam and the lower ring beam are inserted into the plug holes in the positioning pile by turns, the lifting and the lowering of the positioning pile are completed through the extension and the contraction of a hydraulic oil cylinder piston rod, and besides, the lifting and the lowering of the ship body can be realized.
