The invention relates to a ship fuel oil overflow cabin structure which comprises an overflow cabin body (1) and a fuel oil overflow pipe (2) extending from a cabin top into a cabin. A first liquid level floater alarm switch (3) is installed at the lower portion in the cabin. A fuel oil suck-out pipe (4) extending from inside to outside is arranged on a cabin bottom. A small partition cabin (5) is arranged on a ship body and internally provided with a second liquid level floater alarm switch (8). A small hole (7) is formed in the bottom of the small partition cabin. The lower end of the fuel oil overflow pipe is close to the bottom of the small partition cabin. A big hole (6) communicated with the overflow cabin is formed in the side wall of the small partition cabin. The position of the big hole is higher than that of the second liquid level floater alarm switch. The overflow fuel oil volume can be effectively decreased; the two liquid level floater alarm switches have an effect of dual alarms, and operation safety is greatly increased.
