The invention provides a pendulum rod type bicycle. A bicycle driven by a human body whose feet step on pedals of a pendulum rod left and right in a standing posture by means of swinging front and back is adopted, the driving mode is line with the characteristics of human body engineering, the structure is simple and reliable, and a high running speed can be obtained. In order to achieve the purpose, the pendulum rod type bicycle provided by the invention mainly consists of the following basic structures: a front wheel with a vehicle head and a vehicle fork, and a frame, wherein a center shaft is arranged at the upper end of the frame, the center shaft of the vehicle is installed at the top of the frame through a bearing, a sprocket is fixedly arranged on the center shaft, the left end and the right end of the center shaft are each provided with a pendulum rod through a one-way clutch, a movable pedal is installed at the lower end of each pendulum rod, and a closed chain transfers driving torque on the sprocket of the center shaft to a flywheel of a rear wheel. In use, the feet of a user respectively step on the movable pedals installed on the left pendulum rod and the right pendulum rod and swing forward and backward with a great force to drive the pendulum rod type bicycle to move forward.
