A handlebar body and double-colored-ball frog kick scooter comprises a handlebar body, colored balls, a fixing sleeve on a straight rod, stepping rods on rotating bodies, axles on the rotating bodies, the rotating bodies connected with the fixing sleeve, an inner pipe on the handlebar body and connected with the straight rod, a lock catch on the straight rod, pipe sleeves on the straight rod, a transparent pipe between the pipe sleeves, a colored lamp strip in the transparent body, wheel covers on the rotating bodies, braking foot plates connected with the wheel covers, pedals on the stepping rods, wheel carriers on the stepping rods, transparent covers on the pedals, colored lamp strips in the transparent covers, power supply bodies in the transparent covers, and wheels on the wheel carriers. Each rotating body is composed of the corresponding axle, the corresponding colored ball, a rotating rod, a bevel gear and a bearing. The bevel gears and the wheels are arranged on the axles. The colored balls, the bearings and the bevel gears are arranged on the rotating rods. The bevel gears on the axles are meshed with the bevel gears on the rotating rods.
